\n\t\tCommunication doesn't begin with words. It begins with our relationship with ourselves. The quality of our communication stems from the quality of this inner relationship\u2014and from the way we connect with ourselves and others.

For many years, I have been helping people use their voices consciously, expand their communication skills, and develop an authentic, confident presence. My work focuses on the connection between inner attitude and outward impact.

I combine voice, rhetoric, and effective public speaking with mental training, resilience, and the principles of nonviolent communication.<\/em>In this way, I help people better understand themselves, treat themselves with respect, take their needs and values seriously, and remain clear-headed and present even in challenging situations.

I am convinced that this leads to communication that connects, a presence that sustains, and an impact that is authentic.
